My Journey

I began my path studying Business Administration, but while taking a massage therapy course as a hobby, I discovered that I was far more passionate about studying the human body and working with my hands than about the career I had chosen. That realization led me to change direction and pursue a new path.
Osteopathy, with its holistic vision of the individual, became the discipline through which I found my place in the world of Manual Therapies.
Later, I specialized in Pediatric Osteopathy, as I believe it is essential to apply these techniques from birth and throughout a child’s development. For me, there is no greater work than preventing the onset of possible future dysfunctions and supporting children in growing harmoniously and healthily.
Always seeking a holistic vision of the individual, my training in the GDS Muscular Chains Method, its proprioceptive gymnastics and postural re-education, as well as Pilates, has allowed me to understand the unique muscular activation of each patient.
With this global approach, we will work together to help you become aware of the barriers that limit your movement and cause pain. Through postural and movement re-education, we will transform those “less useful” patterns into just gestures: more effective, more harmonious, and less harmful.
