Osteopathy and GDS Muscle Chains Method
Osteopathy is a manual therapy and, most importantly, a holistic science: it considers the individual as a whole. Each dysfunction is unique to each person, which is why generic protocols cannot be applied. It is necessary to study the person in depth to understand the possible origin of their dysfunction.
In my treatments, in addition to osteopathy, I incorporate the GDS Muscular Chains Method, which allows me to observe how psychobehavioral aspects influence the way each individual moves and activates.
In my consultations, I apply both muscle chain techniques and osteopathic techniques, which enables me to address the different systems of the body and treat a wide variety of dysfunctions in an integral way.

Frequent asked questions (FAQ)
-
How many sessions will I need? There is no fixed number of sessions. It depends on your specific issue and your physical condition.
-
Does osteopathy hurts? The treatment is gentle and always adapted to your sensitivity. It does not have to be painful.
-
Are manipulations always necessary? Spinal and joint manipulations are part of osteopathy, but they are not essential. If they are not comfortable for you, they are absolutely not required for the treatment to be effective.
-
Can I come if I am pregnant? Yes. Osteopathy is perfectly suitable during pregnancy and can help with many of the issues mentioned above.
-
Is it compatible with other therapies? Absolutely. In fact, different therapies often complement and enhance each other.
If you are looking for a holistic treatment that considers your posture, your movement, and how your body adapts to daily life, I will be happy to accompany you in this process.
What clients say
E.
I went to Eva for chronic low back pain with very acute flare‑ups. In just one session she not only corrected the position of my sacrum, but also helped me understand the underlying cause and gave me very useful guidance. A great professional who genuinely aims to help people understand their bodies better. Thank you!

Eva is a highly dedicated professional with extensive knowledge. I’ve been working with her for three months and the results have been significant. Her methodology is very effective in helping the body regain overall balance, as well as addressing specific areas of discomfort. In my case, I had an acute trochanteritis that has now resolved thanks to the combination of sessions and well‑structured exercise classes.

Eva has helped us enormously with our baby. Thanks to the sessions, her gas colic and reflux have improved a lot. She has also managed to almost completely correct the mild plagiocephaly she had. She gave us very helpful guidance on baby care and babywearing. I recommend her 100%!

Eva Guerra is an osteopath with exceptional professional and human qualities. She has worked with complete dedication with my 7‑year‑old daughter, finally resolving a postural issue that no one had been able to address. She has treated her with endless patience, good humour, and genuine care. I recommend her for the whole family.
