Osteopathy and GDS Muscle Chains Method
Osteopathy is a manual therapy and, most importantly, a holistic science: it considers the individual as a whole. Each dysfunction is unique to each person, which is why generic protocols cannot be applied. It is necessary to study the person in depth to understand the possible origin of their dysfunction.
In my treatments, in addition to osteopathy, I incorporate the GDS Muscular Chains Method, which allows me to observe how psychobehavioral aspects influence the way each individual moves and activates.
In my consultations, I apply both muscle chain techniques and osteopathic techniques, which enables me to address the different systems of the body and treat a wide variety of dysfunctions in an integral way.

Frequent asked questions (FAQ)
-
How many sessions will I need? There is no fixed number of sessions. It depends on your specific issue and your physical condition.
-
Does osteopathy hurts? The treatment is gentle and always adapted to your sensitivity. It does not have to be painful.
-
Are manipulations always necessary? Spinal and joint manipulations are part of osteopathy, but they are not essential. If they are not comfortable for you, they are absolutely not required for the treatment to be effective.
-
Can I come if I am pregnant? Yes. Osteopathy is perfectly suitable during pregnancy and can help with many of the issues mentioned above.
-
Is it compatible with other therapies? Absolutely. In fact, different therapies often complement and enhance each other.

My experience with Eva has been incredibly positive. I came to her with a lower‑back pain that had lasted two months, and after four treatment sessions it was completely gone. She’s a wonderful professional who looks at the problem from a holistic perspective and gets involved both humanly and professionally. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I went to Eva some time ago for a shoulder problem, after trying other professionals, and the results were amazing. Her holistic approach is evident from the first session, and I regained my mobility in just a few sessions thanks to the progressive exercises she guided me through.

My experience has been exceptional. I had a right psoas injury and felt pain whenever I opened my leg, which forced me to stop yoga and most physical activity. I’d been dealing with it for five months and had tried an osteopath and three physiotherapists, with no improvement. In the very first session, Eva relieved about 80% of my pain. Instead of focusing only on the area itself, she treated it and then worked on my whole body holistically. She has extensive knowledge of muscular chains and postural correction.

Eva is fantastic. She’s one of the few people who can actually release the tension in my neck, cervical area, and head — and I’m not exactly easy to treat. Highly recommended. The studio is great, but Eva’s hands are what make it exceptional..
